Do you ship internationally?
> Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship internationally due to COVID-19. We apologize for this inconvenience. 
How long does it take to see results?
> Results of healthy looking hair should appear within a month or two.  Hair growth depends on each Naturalista. 
What works best on dry hair for the winter?
> Our "Holiday Spice" butter is the best product to use for the those cold, snowy days. Please keep in mind that this is a seasonal item [December through February].
What is the shelf life of your products?
> Depending on each product, the shelf life can last from 3 to 12 months. This also factors in the storage of your products. It is best to store in cool dry areas for items that do not require refrigeration. (Refrigerated items last approximately 1-3 months)
Do you provide refunds?
>Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds or returns. We will do everything we can to ensure a great Coily Curly Experience with us.
